Of Counsel Attorney: Aaron J. Madziar

Mr. Madziar is a native of Essexville, Michigan. Prior to his legal career, he worked in the residential construction industry. He gained more than ten years’ experience as a masonry contractor in a family-owned business. Mr. Madziar graduated from Saginaw Valley State University (cum laude) and Michigan State University Law School (magna cum laude). After practicing in Brighton, Michigan, Mr. Madziar returned to the area and joined the Firm as an Associate in 2007. On January 1, 2013, he became a full Member of the Firm. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, trusts and probate administration, real estate, commercial law, business formation and civil litigation. Mr. Madziar serves on numerous boards, including The Boys and Girls Club of the Great Lakes Bay Region, The Bay County Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund and McLaren Bay Special Care Hospital. His interests include fishing and numerous other outdoor activities. Mr. Madziar became Of Counsel after accepting a professorship in 2015 at Ferris State University.
